Where to write
The address is [email protected]. Mail is read in Korean and English.
Bugs, pages that will not open, a result that disagrees with the amount you expected, and a wish for a missing tool are all welcome.
What helps
Include the page address, the language you chose, the values you entered, the result you expected, and the result you saw. For a photo tool, the file name, the size, and which button came first also help.
A file or an amount used in a tool does not arrive at the server. Unless you write it in the email, it cannot be seen from here.
What this address is not for
Requests to click ads are not accepted. A calculated figure does not replace a filing or a payslip, and this address does not give legal advice on a particular case.
